Meredith Dairy’s marinated goat cheese is inspired by a traditional Iranian style of cheesemaking. Made with the fresh milk of their own goat herds, the Cameron family work entirely by hand, and have won justified acclaim around the world for the incredible quality of their cheese. Especially good with crusty bread, or for adding a smooth citrus tang to soups and salads. Angus Cameron says “Put a generous amount on a piece of bread, but then a good drizzle of oil on there as well. The oil᾿s the second component of the cheese”.
