Subscription Deliveries
We'll deliver your cheese subscription box on the first Thursday of every month*.
*Please note all subscriptions purchased after the 24th of the month, will start the following month. i.e. If you purchase your subscription on or after 24th July, your first delivery will be on the first Thursday of September.
Rolling Subscription Payments
Your first payment will be taken when you sign up for a subscription. The card you choose to use at checkout will then be charged on 24th of each month for subsequent subscription payments.
Gift Subscription Payments
This is a prepaid subscription, payment is only required at the initial point of purchase. There will be no further charges made to your card throughout the duration of your subscription.
Pause or Cancel Your Subscription Anytime
You can pause or cancel your Rolling Subscription at any time. Login to your account to manage your subscription here.

When will the gift subscription boxes arrive?
Your gift boxes will be delivered on the first Thursday of each month, for the number of months you’ve chosen - 3, 6 or 12.
Can dietary preferences or allergies be accommodated?
Any dietary preferences or allergens must be specified when you purchase the gift subscription. You can choose vegetarian options or avoid blue or goats’ milk cheeses, and we’ll ensure the boxes reflect these choices for the full subscription term.
Will the recipient receive the same cheese twice?
Not within the term of the subscription. Each box is carefully curated to bring new cheeses to discover.
