Product details

Devodier are fine producers of Prosciutto di Parma and Culatello. They have also been on a mission to find the best examples of salume to match the standard of their own products, and they have now chosen a set to which they are proud to put their name. All are prepared by Devodier from whole fresh pieces: not frozen, not block, not re-formed. These whole pieces are slow cut as they would be in a shop, so as not to melt the fat. Then they are laid out by hand and wrapped ready for you to enjoy.
