Pancetta 100g Presliced and laid by hand in MAP tray. A classic product of Emilian tradition, it is an excellent Salume to be enjoyed with homemade bread or in many different recipes that can enhance its flavour. Pancetta is a sweet and soft cured meat with a light and particularly intoxicating aroma. These characteristics derive from a skilful processing carried out with a manual salting and with a long seasoning. When cut, the slices are white and pink, satisfying the eye and the most demanding taste, the result of the slow and natural aging in traditional cellars.
