How Much Cheese To Buy
We recommend a portion size of 70-120g per person depending on when you are eating the cheese. 70g is ample if you are serving the cheese immediately after a large meal or as part of a buffet. If the cheese is the main part of the meal you will need to allow at least 100g per person and you may prefer to go to 120g if you think your guests will be particularly hungry (or just very fond of cheese!).
However, if you are only a small party, you may find that the pieces look a little small. In this case, choose fewer pieces, or even just one cheese, so that you can present your guests with something that looks more substantial. If you want to provide a wider choice of cheeses, just go for slightly larger pieces and enjoy the leftovers yourself the next day.

Pineapple Crisps from Dardiman's California pair wonderfully with an aged Gruyère, making for a heavenly, delicate and super-fruity canape. Or, why not try it with a piña colada as you soak up the sun?
Annie Babayan started making Fruit Crisps around her kitchen table with fruits from her own backyard in California. In making them on a larger scale, she chose not to change anything.
These pineapples come from Hawaii because you can’t beat a Hawaiian pineapple!
The perfectly ripe fruit is carefully sliced, then slowly dehydrated to preserve its natural aroma, taste, and nutrients - without any preservatives, additives or sugar. It’s a one-of-a-kind product, especially as each snack pack contains just 25-30 calories per portion.
Fruit Crisps are raw, vegan and kosher. They have no added sugar, no preservatives, no sulphur, no colouring, no artificial additives of any kind and no gluten. Each crisp is vitamin-rich and much of a fruit’s vitamin content is in the rind, which is why it’s left on.
