Study with The Fine Cheese Co.

Cheese Tastings

Join two of The Fine Cheese Co.’s Cheese Specialists for an interactive cheese tasting from the comfort of your own home. From milk types or country, to seasonal produce or pairings, each of our tasting evenings takes on a different theme with a specially selected cheeseboard to match. Your ‘ticket’ to the tasting includes a cheese selection (enough for two people), a complementary box of crackers, the option to add a wine pairing or two, and tasting notes delivered straight to your door. Once you’ve ordered your selection, we’ll send you a link, so all you need to do is join us on Zoom!

Ruth Raskin

Cheese Care & Quality Manager

Ruth ensures that our cheeses reach you at their most mouth-watering. Not only does this mean selecting the cheesemakers we work with, but working with them to ensure their cheeses have the best possible care and reach our desired flavour profile. 

Nick Bayne

Head Cheesemonger

Nick was crowned champion of the 2015 Cheesemonger Invitational in his native America. More recently, Nick was chosen to represent the UK at Mondial du Fromage as he competed for the title of World’s Best Cheesemonger.
