Product details

The coppa is a popular and widespread product throughout Italy, depending on the region it also takes the name of capocollo or ossocollo. The pork is salted and massaged to distribute the salt evenly, then it is left to mature for several months. A speciality with a mild yet full-flavoured taste, very much appreciated for its sweetness and its classic aroma. 

These whole pieces are slow cut as they would be in a shop, so as not to melt the fat. Then they are laid out by hand and wrapped ready for you to enjoy.
