Centuries ago, maize polenta spread to the picturesque Dolomites, and eating it became a symbol of rural life: a shared ritual uniting families around a table. The centrepiece a copper pot, and, within it, a thin crispy layer of golden polenta. The authentic corn-based snack of yester-year. This is a modern re-interpretation of the cultural and culinary heritage of that mountain community. Only the delicate taste of Italian corn flour, fresh Dolomite water and salt, oven-baked by craftsmen.
