Colston Bassett Stilton cheese is hand-made by Billy Kevan and his team in Nottinghamshire. It is one of the last remaining hand-ladled Stiltons. Hand-ladling produces an intensely rich and creamy cheese; and the Colston Bassett flavour is deep, lingering and complex.

Cow, Pasteurised - 200g
Rich, ice cream texture. Buttery, with crème fraiche notes maturing to meaty ‘mushroom’. 
An intensely rich and luscious cheese, made with the addition of cream, with notes of button mushrooms and crème fraiche.

CAVE-AGED CHEDDAR
Cow, Pasteurised - 600g
Cloth-wrapped, hand-made Dorset Cheddar, cave-aged in Somerset for a depth of flavour and a moist texture. It is fruity and tangy with a rich, deep flavour and a hint of sweetness.

CORNISH YARG BABY
Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian - 900g
The recipe was discovered in an attic by cheesemaker Alan Gray. Spell his surname backwards to see how the cheese got its unusual name. Local, hand-picked nettles provide its beautiful, lace-like appearance.
