Good things come in small packages. Made by a village dairy in Austria, this flower coated little drum is the perfect miniature of the wildly popular Alp Blossom.

BARON BIGOD
Cow, Pasteurised - 1kg 

Earthy and full-flavoured, with protracted finish.
Baron Bigod is a stunning brie-style cheese, with a rich, full, earthy flavour and a lingering finish. It's made by Jonny Crickmore from the milk of his own herd of Montbeliarde cows in Suffolk. Jonny likes the cheese best when its wrinkly coat has broken down the golden, buttery paste under the rind, while a thin line of lactic curd at the centre remains.

COLSTON BASSETT STILTON HALF – BABY
Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian - Approx 1.1kg 

Rich and velvety smooth. Sweet, with mineral tones and winey spice.
Made under the watchful eye of Billy Kevan, only the fourth Head Cheesemaker of the dairy since 1920, and a watchword for consistency. Colston Bassett Stilton is the only remaining exclusively hand-ladled Stilton.

CAVE-AGED CHEDDAR
Cow, Pasteurised  - 600g 
Cloth-wrapped, hand-made Dorset Cheddar, cave-aged in Somerset for a depth of flavour and a moist texture. It is fruity and tangy with a rich, deep flavour and a hint of sweetness.
(Not suitable for vegetarians.)
