Product details

Made by the Fabbri family in Tuscany. The Tuscan ewes enjoy fragrant and aromatic pastures, which produce rich milk. The rind is coloured using the pulp of tomatoes, and the cheese is matured for two to three months, to produce a firm texture, and a mellow, creamy flavour.
