TartufLanghe uses only the best potatoes, to finely season with pesto. The pesto, a version of the most famous Ligurian sauce, is made with authentic ingredients: Ligurian basil and olive oil, Parmesan Reggiano, Pecorino cheese. It is then freeze-dried to maintain the quality, flavour and colour of genuine Genoese pesto. The unique crispy texture and perfect golden colour come from frying the potatoes in a mixture of olive and sunflower oils.
