Whipped Goat's Cheese Dip

Creamy, tangy, and bursting with flavor, this Whipped Goat Cheese and Garlic Dip is the perfect blend of rich goat cheese, garlic, fresh herbs and a touch of lemon. The goat cheese is whipped until smooth and airy, creating a light yet indulgent texture, while the garlic adds a mellow, savory depth. A drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of herbs on top elevate this dip to appetizer perfection. Serve it with crusty bread, crackers, or fresh veggies for an easy yet elegant starter or snack.

INGREDIENTS


Sinodun Hill
(400g, cut into small chunks)

Sinodun Hill is the ideal goats cheese to use for this dip, with its mousse-like texture and fresh citrus flavour, it compliments the other ingredients perfectly.


Crème Fraiche
(100g)


Double Cream
(200ml)

Yoghurt
(50g)

Garlic
(1 clove, minced)

Lemons
(2 whole, zest & juice)

Dill
(Handful, chopped)

Chives
(Handful, chopped)


METHOD

 

1. Prepare your Garlic, Lemons and herbs as written above. 

2. Combine all ingredients, keeping a pinch of chopped chives and dill for garnishing later, into a food processor and blitz until well combined and smooth.

3. Add more cream if you want a smoother, thinner consistency.

4. Pour dip into a serving bowl and drizzle with some olive oil, such as Terre Francescane's Italian Garlic oil for an extra garlicy kick.

5. Sprinkle the remaining chives and dill on the top, and serve.
