Vacherin Mont d'Or

Between October and April, we have the pleasure of the company of a unique cheese.
Made from the rich, unpasteurised milk of alpine pastures, Vacherin has a melting, voluptuous texture, and a resinous flavour which comes from the spruce bark that contains it.
Spoon its melting interior from the box, or dip in with crusty bread. Perfection.
